The recent increase in cases has resulted in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services setting new rules for employees and employers. As we did earlier this year, we continue to provide IT operations, software development, and consulting services while following CDC and Michigan guidelines. While we are permitted to travel to client sites, we can support most clients remotely as we have been doing as part of our established emergency and disaster recovery plans. Per the State of Michigan, all employees who are able to work from home are required to, including Ferox employees. Respecting that, we are minimizing our onsite and face-to-face meetings when possible.
